The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes charged to their orders.
- 0-3 day product manufacture handling time as your product is created when you place your order
- 3-7 days shipping-delivery
- We do not ship during weekends or public holidays
- We are not responsible for lost shipments
- If an item arrives damaged, save the shipping carton and take photos of the damage, contact us ASAP.
- If we sent an incorrect item or quantity, take photos and contact us ASAP.
- Customs, taxes, duties, and other fees are the responsibility of the buyer
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- All Sales Final. No refunds or exchanges except if the item is faulty/damaged or the wrong item has been sent.
- Refund or replacement options are available for defective items.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
